Movie Name : Around the World in 80 Days

Character Name : General Fang
Year : 2004

In 2004 movie Around the World in 80 Days. Actress Karen Mok plays as villainess General Fang.

It's time to spend two hours of good old escapism with the greatest marital artist of all time, Jackie Chan, I watched the movie multiple times, but it's been long since I watched it, It's worth being watched again.
I forgot how ridiculous this movie was, I love it, I really hate how modern movies obsessed with realism, and their hate to fiction and fantasy, they want everything to be a lecture, basically if realism stand in the way of making the movie fun, get rid of it, no matter if it's a comedy, action, horror, or whatever, it's a movie, we know it's not real, as long as it's fun to watch, and as long as it serve as escapism and people can immerse in the story, it's a good movie.
Our beloved General Fang appeared in the first 10 minutes, I love her 𓆩🥺🫶🏻💞𓆪.
This is one of the movies where the camera is an active character in the movie, I love how smart the camera work is, just incredible.
Ok, I'm not calling Jackie Chan with the character name, I will just call him Jackie Chan.
So Jackie fought a group of bad guys in art gallery, how awesome to meet such legend like Jackie Chan in real life, they must had a lot of fun, or a lot of hard work depends on the person LOL. The idea that while they were fighting kind of finished the painting shows you how much thought was put in such scene.
I watched like 40 minutes, it felt like 5 minutes, you can't find movies like that today, most movies today are hard to watch, watching stupid TikTok shorts is often more fun than watching a modern movie, the worst is that Hollywood think that they can promote their boring trash on TikTok, not knowing that whenever they go watch these modern movies and have a really bad boring experience, they will automatically reject the idea of watching modern movies, even the good ones.
The camera work in this movie is so good I wanna cry, I haven't seen such good camera work in a long time.

I totally forgot that Arnold Schwarzenegger was in this movie, damn, he looks ridiculous and funny.
Maggie Q play a villainess in this movie, very short screen time, one of my favorite actresses of all time, so underrated, she doesn't even named in the movie, she had a short confrontation with the heroes while they were in India under the British colonization.
Then Jackie and the heroes arrived to China, to return the statue he retrieved from Britain after it was stolen from his village.
Ok, the three heroes were caught by the black scorpion organization AKA the bad guys, they were tied in a box with a fourth man, he was screaming, the hero asked Jackie "What he's screaming about?" and Jackie answered "Please, Let me go! I'm bored!", and I was like, that's me watching modern Hollywood, let me go, I'm bored, LOL.
Jackie Chan kicked black scorpion out of the village, Jackie fought their leader, had a great fight, Jackie is the only actor than can have an epic fight and you might laugh watching it.
Are you fucking kidding me, Rob Schneider also in this movie, this movie is a nostalgia bomb.

One of the things that make our main villainess Fang so unique is that her character without doubt inspired by Chinese opera, like even in her final fight, the makeup, the music, the acting, everything, she's just a great iconic villainess.
