Escaping to old Hollywood shows that I never watched is really worth it, so, let's check Black Scorpion which is like female Batman, a super heroine/detective and also have villains similar to Batman villains one of them is Giggles which is kind of equivalent to Harley Quinn in the show.
Two bad guys who broke into Argyle's place, so the heroine went after them in the Scorpiomobile LOL, this show is so ridiculous, so absurd and I love it.
The cops went after the heroine and shot her car with a Bazooka LOL, this is gold.
So, the crazy scientist let's call him Mr Hollywood cloned Gangster Prankster who is like the Joker of this universe, who was kind of killed by the heroine in Black Scorpion II: Aftershock, after he brought Gangster Prankster back to life, he told him that he will back as good dude, as he will enforce his behavior and shock him once he says or do something bad, Prankster have to talk perfectly, have to act perfectly or else.
So when the heroine saw him in the carnival, she ran straight to him and arrested him, as she knew immediately that he is Prankster.
After Prankster lost his free will, and was under his creator control, he now became "honest upstanding member of the society", and was enforced to be good.
The heroine then paid a visit to Mr Hollywood, he explained to them what he did to Prankster, and how he control him, and whenever Prankster have an evil thought, the chip he planted inside him get activated and shock him.
Prankster then met his evil gang in the carnival, our gorgeous villainess Giggles was among them, they told him about their evil plot, and due to his lack of freedom and free will, he had to go report his own gang.
Prankster once a villain turned into being a hero, once a free now enslaved by his creator, he now think, talk, and behave as his creator wants him to think, talk, and behave, he even saved the heroine from the villainess, something he would never do if he had a free will.
Unlike The Joker, Prankster manged to escape his creator oppression and manged to regain his free will back.
Prankster then went and freed his evil gang including our beloved villainess.
The actress playing Giggles sadly passed away too young, and left our world, we will always remember her in our hearts with love, we love you, Jeannie Millar 💔💔💔.
