movie name : War on Terror: KL Anarchy
actress name : Samarinna Tolhip
character name : Rita
year : 2023

In 2023 movie War on Terror: KL Anarchy. actress Samarinna Tolhip plays as villainess Rita.

The movie starts with Sufian played by Bidin Al Zaifa, a villain who act in a similar way of the Joker, it seems that he took over a TV studio, TBH, at first I thought he was the host or something till I saw everyone act in fear and the camera showed dead man on a desk, I really liked that, the feeling that you don't know what's happening and the movie shows you bit by bit till you see the full picture. Whoever made this movie is a big fan of SWAT lol. It seems like the main bad guy appeared in the movie, he burned some of his followers who was accused of being a traitor, damn, the effect is well made, I don't know how they made it look so realistic, whatever they used it looked so good, the blonde villain is really good actor, I really liked his scene when he gave her Uzi to the shop owner, the flashy light in the elevator is really annoying, it can be done practical or don't turn the opacity 0%, the flickering of the light gave me headache and it wasn't even needed.

The scene of Zack played by Noki K. Clique tied to a chair was really good, a mix of VFX and practical effects and elevation of tension make the scene really good and emotional, really good scene, and would make a great promotional video for the movie.

It seems like the main villain was arrested, I really don't know how, they just found where he is, he was like waiting for them, and they just arrested him, and it seems like Joe the blonde guy played by Naque Ariffin will be the main villain of the movie now, which is cool, he's a good villain till now.

Towards the end of the movie the heroes track two vans one have a bomb, ended up by exploding after they stopped the van and made a perimeter to keep the civilians away, and the other van had the main villain with our villainess Rita played by the gorgeous Samarinna Tolhip, Rita opened fire using automatic machine gun, then after she ran out of ammo she used her pistol threatening to shoot the hostages, but the heroes manged to shoot her first, Rita rarely spoke during the movie, and had so little screen time, yet a great villainess, and a great performance, I wish I saw her more tho, I was like finally, a screen time of the villainess, then I lose her ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹.

what I most love about Malaysian movies is its unique mix of the western and eastern cultures, same with traditional Islamic and modernity themes, No matter if you are Chinese, American, or Arab, you will find something you will relate to while watching the movie, with something relevant to the Malaysian culture that isn't pushed or deliberate which rare to find in other movies and TV shows.
