movie name : Alex Rider Invisible Sword
actress name : Sofia Helin
character name : Julia Rothman
year : 2024
In tv show Alex Rider season 3 episode titled Invisible Sword aired 2024. Actress Sofia Helin plays as villainess Julia Rothman. Julia Rothman aka The Widow is the main villainess of the season 3 of Alex Rider, the hero went to find her after Yassen Gregorovitch played by Thomas Levin told the hero to go find her towards the end of season two. She with the help of her loyal henchman Nile played by Jason Wong face the heroes towards the end of the season, our beloved evil babe was shot when she was was about to shoot the heroine, and Nile escaped after his fight with the hero, to be killed later towards the very end of the episode. TBH, I was expecting that they will ruin the villainess, turning her good, like many shows do, and I just forget about them, so, I kept watching till the end, she stayed evil till the last minute, living and dying by the sword, never surrender or submit an evil queen warrior till the very end, love you, Julia ❤️❤️❤️.
Our villainess start with using a weapon called the invisible sword, it can kill people without any trace, like in assassin style kind of weapon, she meet with Dr Kovacic and pay him with diamond in order to do what she wants him to do, so SCORPIA under the leadership of Julia Rothman demand the British government to abandon its claim to the debt of Third World countries, which is actually a good Idea, I wish SCORPIA also demanded the British government to bring back the ancient Egyptian artefacts too LOL. Anyway the heroes went to the mansion of our evil babe, saying they want to meet her, so, our beautiful and smart villainess knew that they would and misled them into a ship, thinking that they found Dr Kovacic there..
Ok, so the government analyze the recording sent by SCORPIA and they use the old trick of, listen to the sound in the background.. The show misled you to think that you will analyze the video get some clues and then find out something, but because it's smartly written, and they respect their characters and such plot would be so naive as the recording can be easily made with AI today, The evil babe actually misled them into a trap and deliberately put fake clues in order to lure them into a trap.. Damn, I love when a villain is smartly written. Had to check the writer, it's Guy Burt I actually never watch any of his previous works before, but I'll probably do in the future, great writing.
So let's jump to the end, the henchman Nile transfer the "Invisible Sword" equipment into a building, I really like how charismatic he is, and also so active in his role, not because he's a villain, but he's my second favorite character in the show. The heroine somehow stoic, stoicism is a villain philosophy as it really resonate with how their characters are built, I wish the villainess was the stoic one. I felt heartbroken when the hero told her that she's not special, what an asshole :'(
I'm sad for the Home Secretary lady, she did what any good politician would do, putting herself first..
Finally, it's so hard to choose side, I have 100 thousand people on a side, and the villainess on the other side, who should I save? I mean, many evil people could be hurt, that's a lot of evil babes at risk, and on the other side, we have our gorgeous villainess Julia 💖💗🥰💞, The show have 4 main male characters around the evil babe, only one stayed loyal to her till the end, that's why Nile is GOAT.
The thing about shows that being put once in the same day as a whole, if the story is self-contained in every season, it's ok, but when you have a story with a continuation, that's a different thing, it became hard to remember all what happened in one day a year ago. On the short run, it's better to release them at once and benefit from the hype, on the long run, people remember them for a short time and forget about them over time, this show would be more enjoyable if it was released an episode every week, gaining its fans over time. I really had a hard time to pick up from when it ended, and I watched the previous season, The show is like a teen action conspiracy thingy, but unlike other teen action shows, they weren't shy putting experienced actors that made the show so enjoyable, and I don't know it's because I love villains or what, but I really enjoyed the main villains performance, it was really good and fun to watch. The only good thing about Alex Rider coming to an end is that the writing and the story were held together from start to end, I don't have to tell you how many shows falling apart over time that the show end up in a mess, full of inconsistency and distractions, and watching it seem like a script made like random tweets put together to make a show, not a show telling you a good and intersting story.
