Movie Name : Crackerjack 2
Actress Name : Katerina Brozová
Character Name : Jasmine
Year : 1997

In 1997 movie Crackerjack 2, actress Katerina Brozová plays as villainess Jasmine.
The movie starts with a rocket launchers battle, god, I miss the 90s. Not a single CGI noise in sight, just pure old movie fireworks..

Jack, the hero, have some beef with the main villain, Hans Becker basically living rent-free inside the hero's head..

The stunning Jasmine was introduced around 13 minutes mark..

Around 27 minutes, one of the villains riddled some poor guy with bullets, I think scenes like these have to be done right from one take, like can you imagine the reaction isn't right and they keep getting the actor new shirts, even a short scene that only lasts few seconds requites a very talented people to be done right.

We also get a great stunt work of the hero around 29 minutes when he was trying to land on the train from the helicopter..

Did the villains just say "Yalla", when they were asking the passengers to leave the train? It's unexpected, because non of the villains have Arab names, maybe only Jasmine, but even that isn't how the original Arabic name is pronounced!!

This is so weird, like the villains at the start of the movie filmed themselves taking some poor guy out, when we see it, it's a man doing it, then when we see the filmed footage in the movie it shows that Jasmine was the one doing it, it feels like the movie went under so many changes, I wish if there was an original version of the movie as it was intended to be..

Hans Becker is a really good villain too, I miss villains like that, I really miss 90s movies, the action movies back then were top notch..

We see Jasmine around 38 minutes, and it kind of make so much sense that she was supposed to be the one originally finishing the bald, as she was standing right behind the heroine, Dana Townsend who was played by Carol Alt, as she was tied to a chair, so having Jasmine standing just behind shows the grave danger the heroine was in, as her scene with the bold guy make you automatically anticipating Jasmine stepping in anytime the heroine give the wrong answer and finish her too..

And if it was done like that, it would be actually a really smart decision by the movie, playing on the anticipation and help the immersion in the story.

Around 46 minutes, Jasmine is practicing her favorite hobby, torturing hostages..

One of the best scenes in the movie, I love Jasmine, one of the greatest villains of all time, BTW, you will never get a villainess like her in movies anymore especially in the west due to the sever artistic censorship, you will never get a gorgeous villainess like her enjoying and having fun torturing the hostages, you just won't, that's why you should be grateful that such awesome movies exist and be grateful to the creative freedom the world used to have in the 90s.

Around 48 minutes Brandyce once and for all after the villains got what they wanted from him

So, the villains were generous enough to let the hostages alone unattended, and what they do! Did they show appreciation? Did they say "Thank you, mr kidnapper"? The use the villains' good deeds against them and conspire to ruin their business, these people don't have an empathy and don't appreciate when someone do something nice to them!

Jokes aside, Watching this movie making me want to rewatch La casa de papel, this show is basically about, what if villains were unrestricted to be the story, like you have characters like Berlin who seem like 90s villain, same with Tokio who seem like Jewels from Bounty Tracker, it's like not only you get a movie, but experience entire show centered around villains, yet even if La casa de papel was remade or rebooted again, I probably won't watch it, knowing how severe censorship is today, and how awful Netflix is, I doubt that I will get anything as good as the original show, so I would stay away just to avoid the risk..

LOL, I forgot there's a hero in this movie, his first confrontation around 56 minutes, like, no need to hurry, dude, the movie is about to end, get yourself something to drink..

Ok, this movie wasn't supposed to be like that, I refuse to believe it, like the hero was using Morse code to send a message to the forces outside, and out of nowhere some kid showed up to tell them it's Morse code not random noises, and the top officer was like "Get that kid outta here!" LOL!!
The kid translated the code, but the head officer ignored him, which caused the death of multiple soldiers who went into the trap..
Michael Sarrazin did a great job playing Smith in the movie, sadly the actor left our world, RIP, Michael Sarrazin, and thank you for the good times we had watching your movies 💔💔💔.

This movie has one of the greatest female villains of all time, yet, the actual hero of this movie is the main villain Smith, he basically killed most of the villains on behalf of the hero, it's just dumb, yet the only merit of the movie is Jasmine, like it's so fun to watch, and I just love this character..

You can watch the edit of Jasmine's scenes in the movie here.
